MANICure Monday: Nails for Newtown

I've personally not watched or read one shred of coverage of the devastation that rocked CT. Having a 4yr old of my own and just having a heart period won't allow me to. Today I join with fellow nail bloggers and nail polish addicts across social media in rocking blue and yellow manis in #NailsForNewtown.

This blue polish was too pretty not to share with you all. Unfortunately this is one of those nameless Color Clubs that come in a set at Ross. :-(

Also. on Saturday nail addicts of Instagram went white for Newtown in remembrance of lives lost and for hope and peace. I used 2 coats of Wet n Wild French White and 1 coat of China Glaze Techno.

If you'd like to send a letter, card, or sit down with your kids and draw a picture the address to Sandy Hook Elementary School is 12 Dickenson Drive, Sandy Hook, CT 06482

I'm still at a lost for words as to how someone can take an innocent life let alone the life of our future leaders.

I originally planned to catch you all up on how I'm doing on the 31day challenge for MANICure Monday so you catch that here!

Remember to head over to Mimi's and check out the other ladies participating in MANICure Monday!

  3. I am still in awe that something so awful happened. It is also so devastating when the reality hits that we all move on with our lives and those poor families are left to pick up the pieces of their new "normal".

Oh, yeah. You're nails are beyond fab as always.
