L' Oreal Limited Edition Miss Candy Jelly Polishes

It's Friday Eve, wooowhooo! Who's ready for the Great Gatsby tomorrow? I'm toooooooooo crunk! Well let's get this horse back in front of the cart, today I have two jelly polishes from the L'Oreal Spring/Summer 2013 Limited Edition Miss Candy collection to show you. What's the best way to wear a jelly polish? In a sandwich, duuuhhh!! So let's hop in to see what I sandwiched between these beauties.

"I don't think ya ready fo this jelly" I couldn't resist!

What is a jelly polish? A jelly (vs creme) is a little less opaque, requiring more coats to achieve full coverage.

First up is Lilac Coolers, a beautiful soft, pastel, purple jelly. I used China Glaze Techno for this sandwich. I love how soft and delicate this came across, yet in the sun the holo woke up like a new born baby at feeding time.

1 coat of Lilac Coolers

2 coats in semi sun

2 coats in shade
The second is Bubble Trouble. I really loved this soft pastel pink. Here I created a sandwich using Daring Digits Blackberry Square.

I've worn these like 50leven times, with different glitters, since my initial swatches. Honestly, I think I'm addicted to jelly sandwiches. I picked up two more from this collection that I will bring to you tomorrow.

You can find these polishes at your local drugstores (Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc) while supplies last. They retail for $5.99 however I got mine for BOGO 1/2 off so look for sells and coupons.
