Neutrogena Naturals #WipeForWater

Happy Friday Eve!! I received a package of Neutrogena Naturals purifying makeup remover cleansing towelettes from Influenster a little while back. When I posted my picture on Instagram, a few people told me to let them know my thoughts. So after three days of the no water challenge, here are my thoughts!
Overall Feel:
I'm very apprehensive about face wipes. Will they dry me out? Will they sting? And the BIGGY, will they break me out? I'm happy to report, these wipes did none of the above. The towelettes are extremely soft, moisturizing, and have subtle pleasant smell to them.
Make Up Removal:

Con: It did take about 3-4 towelettes to remove all my makeup. (I don't wear a lot of makeup). I've been using them before heading to the gym since I recently read somewhere on the internet that you should exercises with a clean face because you don't want all the dirt to seep into your pores and kill you once they open from the exercise. Since I read it on the internet it has to be true, right?
Pro: It removes that waterproof eyeliner and mascara with ease, something my normal brand tends to struggle with a bit.

Wipe #3 was relatively clean
The Campaign:

On average, we use five gallons of water every time we wash our face. In honor of Earth Day and ... "This Earth Month, Neutrogena® Naturals is partnering with The Nature Conservancy to save water. Take the #WipeforWater challenge and pledge to clean your face without using water — and only using Neutrogena® Naturals Purifying Makeup Remover Cleansing Wipes — for 3 days! Then, get sharing about your Neutrogena® wipes with your social networks! For each pledge, Neutrogena® Naturals will contribute $1 to The Nature Conservancy to support water conservation, up to $50,000."

I love the idea of this campaign in water conservation, but be sure to discard your towelettes in the recycle bin as they are not flushable. That would be using more water, DUH!!! The towelettes retail for around $6.99. At that price point I'm not sure if I'd purchase these over my usual bottle of makeup remover but if towelettes are your preference, I'd definitely suggest grabbing a pack.
I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes but thoughts herein expressed are mine

  1. I generally use wipes for my I'm too tired to do my full facial regimen nights, or on the way to the gym. I've tried the Neutrogena wipes but I prefer the wipes from Say Yes to Cucumbers because they leave my face really refreshed. The Neutrogena wipes match your nails :)
