All A Flutter Butterfly Farm

We kicked off our Memorial Day weekend at All-A-Flutter Butterfly Farm. A first for our family but definitely not a last. All-A-Flutter was informative, educational, and fun for family of all ages. Check out my full review and a lot of pictures after the break.

All-A-Flutter sits on a family farm with a goats, caterpillar swings and slides, hula hoops, frisbees, a misting area, and of course BUTTERFLIES!!!!! The activities were a great surprise to keep the kids entertained as we waited for our presentation to begin.  The staff was amazing at engaging the children during the 20min presentation on the life cylce and anatomy of the butterfly. From there we moved to the butterfly enclosure.

All -A- Flutter houses the beautiful Monarch butterfly

The butterflies are very friendly

  • educational
  • fun
  • quick family outing: between early arrival, the presentation, and the butterfly viewing you may spend 2-2.5 hours top at the farm
  • appropriate for all ages

  • the heat: make sure you put sunscreen on and go to the 10am show if you have sun/heat sensitivity

Helpful tip:

  • Wear bright colors clothing to attract more butterflies
All - A- Flutter is open during the months of April, May, and June on Saturdays with shows at 10am and 3pm. The annual migration release day will take place on October 10th. We are definitely going to try and make that event as I hear it is absolutely beautiful. The best part about this place? Admission is only $6!!!!!! My son is already asking if there are butterfly farms in other states and cities, so I guess we'll add this on our "to do" list when on vacation. For more info visit All-A-Flutter HERE!

BONUS: Check out my butterfly nails HERE. Still some of my favorite nails to date!
